Vaughan Productivity Consultants is a division of Vaughan Injury Consultants. All of our consultants are trained in the Science of Production and are experts in statistics analysis. A Statistic Graph System is essential to this science in determining the Production Level of a person or organization. This is an exact process that allows you to determine and address the issue(s) with an individual or organization’s production. Managing by statistics minimizes and/or eliminates any error in this process.
Statistics refer to the quantity of work done or the value of the work done in money. At Vaughan Productivity Consultants, we operate on statistics. Whether or not a staff member or group is working, it is reflected in the stats, as the work produces a statistic. If the person does not work effectively, the statistic inevitably goes down. If the person works effectively, the statistic goes up. The graphing of statistics is essential. If done incorrectly, without clarity of the angles (i.e., too condensed or too drawn out, etc.) the true picture is not being shown, thereby causing the incorrect analysis of production. Errors can have disastrous results.

An individual or an organization passes through any one of these Production Levels at any time and it is very important that the analyst of these production graphs recognizes what Production Level the person/organization is in and precisely when they are in it. Applying an incorrect Production Level and the subsequent application of the wrong remedial steps can have lasting and damaging results. On the other hand, applying the correct Production Level will enable the individual or organization to follow through the necessary steps in that specific Production Level in order to move to the next higher Production Level. The violation of these laws can have disastrous effects on a person or organization. These Production Levels, which may not be immediately apparent, do exist and are made visible with the Statistic Graph System. This graph allows an individual or an organization to understand what Production Level they are in and take the necessary steps to either halt any decline, or enhance any increase as soon as possible.
